Modern Residential House Extension

Transforming Spaces,
Enhancing Living

This modern rear extension in Lucan was created to give a busy family a brighter, more connected home. The original kitchen felt enclosed and the relationship between the living spaces and garden was limited.

Constrax delivered a carefully planned single-storey extension with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, improved natural light, new services and refined interior and exterior finishes. The completed space feels contemporary, practical and completely connected to the original home.
